The Rainbow® Guarantee is for the lifetime of the sole. The sandals will forever be under warranty until you have worn through anywhere on the top or bottom layer of the sole. We will repair your sandals if they are damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects only.

Strap Pulling Out from Toe Strap

If toe strap comes unglued and pulls cleanly from between the layers of the sandal.
Note: Pulled Straps will have straight edges. Torn Straps will have frayed edges.

Strap Pulling Out from Side Strap

If side strap comes unglued and pulls cleanly from between the layers of the sandal.

De-lamination of Layers

The top or bottom sole coming unglued and separating from the middle layer of colored foam.
Note: Pulled Straps will have straight edges. Torn Straps will have frayed edges.

Damages not covered by the Rainbow Guarantee

Rainbow Sandals will not repair or replace your sandals if they become defective as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing.

Using any kind of leather conditioner or oil based substance will cause unrepairable damage. If we receive sandals with de-lamination due to any type of substances that come in contact with the sandals, we will not replace or repair the sandals. Any use of leather conditioner, oils, lotions, or any other moisturizer that results in de-lamination is not considered a manufacturer's defect and is not covered under our warranty.

Bottom of Top Sole Wearing Through to Soft Colored Insert

Wearing the sandals from the top or bottom sole into the soft colored insert between the top and bottom soles. Note: This will automatically void the warranty.

    Excessive Abuse

    Sandals chewed by dogs, gouged or ripped materials, skateboard abuse, cuts, slashes, burns...
    You get the idea.

    Torn Toe Straps

    If the side/toe straps tear out from the surface of the sandal or if the strap itself is cut or torn.

    Torn or Cut Side Straps

    If the side/toe straps tear out from the surface of the sandal or if the strap itself is cut or torn.

    Cracked Rubber and/or Materials Water Damage

    Any damage as a result of the sandal coming in contact with moisture, i.e. bowed, shrunk, faded, wrinkled materials.

    The following styles are covered under the 6-month Guarantee:
    Women's   The Tango   •   The Lola   •   The Sandiva   •   The Cloud Collection

    Sandals that are not covered under the Rainbow Guarantee are guaranteed for a period of six months, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects which occur outside of normal wear and tear. A valid receipt as proof of purchase is required for all replacements or repairs.

    Please Take Note

    All sandals under warranty should be sent directly to Rainbow Sandals Australia headquarters for repair or replacement. Retail stores do not handle warranty issues. Repaired or replaced sandals will be returned paid within 15 days of receipt, assuming replacements are immediately available. If replacements are not immediately available, a customer service representative will be in touch.

    If you are unsure that your sandals qualify for a guarantee, please include a picture of your damaged sandal(s) and email us at rainbowsandals-au@trinpac.com.

    Important Information:
    • If a pair of non-guaranteed sandals is received and a request is made for the sandals to be returned, the customer will be required to pay for the return postage, which in most cases will be A$10.
    • Individual sandals are not sold. They may only be sold as a pair of sandals.
